Palo Verde Fairways

The worst place I've even lived. The office staff is never there accept on the first when rent is due. I tried calling there coprate office and no one ever returnes my calls, the AC never works. maintenance dosen't speak a word of english so I can't comunicate with them. The complex allows people to leave there broken down cars in the parking lot so theres never any spaces. There is no ER Maintenance or after hours maintenance. They keep locking the pool so they don't have to clean it. They don't enforce the rules about people cooking on there patios so I constantly get BBQ smoke in my apt. Look somewhere else this place is really bad. I know several people who got tired of the place and payed to break there lease just to get out of this place and I'm likley to do the same.
