i took this bus and i was impressed the ride was very good but the only thing i didnt like was the wait in the morning i waited for the 6 am bus and i didnt leave till 9 am :( but other then that i would go again next time i will keep in touch to see what the time the bus would get there so i dont have to wait to long at the station

I had one of my suitcases lost last December, and if you live in the U.S. and your suitcas gets "lost" in Mexico, you can say goodbye to your belongings and do not even dream about getting paid. There is no one who can give a straight answer and no one wants to be responsible, I don't think they have insurance and that is way they don't pay you, or someone is stealing this claims money. I was really disappointed with the loss of this package because it was my 5 year old son Christmas gift, but next time I'll use a different company to travel to this country.

great service, makes it easy to go visit family in mexico, buses are always clean and staff very pleasant.
