Rented a Tele-handler for one day rental. Machine functioned ok, just was older model and had a small oil leak that dripped small stains on the floors inside the building we were removing equipment from. Really only affected the comfort of operation due to the seat wear and controls set up. So machine gets the three rating. Customer service gets a one. Got charged almost $90 for fuel when there was no mention of refueling (Sammy says "most people just know they need to re-fuel"), delivery was set for late day when we could have someone be there to meet them and driver called at 9:00AM on his way. Had to call to get a copy of the bill (which is when I found my $600 quote ended up being over $750) and sorry attitude when I questioned the fuel charge. Tried to support local business, going back to Blanchard next time. No surprises, professional service, and new equipment.
