Village Cruise came recommended to me and I went in to talk to them about a possible trip to Euorpe but I didn't know anything about it or where to go. I was so impressed! They showed me so many options and so many countries and now I'm on my way to Spain and am even planning my next trip to Paris next year! Let me tell you if you've ever considered an overseas trip I would visit these guys as they really know what their doing and I've never seen so many options for traveling literally anywhere in the world! I was looking for something other than the usual cruise & Sylvia from Village Cruise was awesome! She helped me decide and took the time to show and explain every destination and all the activities there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and would highly recommend them to anyone!
The staff is very competent, helpful and courteous. Location is great and business hours are very convenient. I was particularly pleased with the fact that they provided me with several options for my trip itinerary and was able to make an informed decision. Price was lower when compared to other travel agencies and online services. Will definitey continue to use their services. Good job, keep it up!
When there are so many other travel agents who'd be happy to help you, why deal with a company like Village Cruise and Travel? Our personal experience, from asking for help in selecting a tour, to requesting a price quote, was a ridiculous hassle. Unless you give them personal information, they're not interested in helping you. Furthermore, parking is a hassle at this strip mall, and the staff is rude. Enough reasons for us to go elsewhere. Happy travels!
