        horrible service from the management staff

        Horrible customer service by the GM and shift manager.Normally we would go to Brads when we go out to dinner while at the coast. The service while dinning in has always been good but this time we got a to go order. We had to drive around for almost 45 min to park then when we picked up our order they were to cheap to put it in seperate bags so food was falling out. We drove from Pismo to Arroyo Grande where we were going to eat but found out we couldnt because they stacked two orders of chowder together so the containers and lids melted causing a huge mess and couldve seriously burned my fiance who was holding the bag. When we called they told us to come back and park in their parking lot which they dont have one and they might be able to replace the order. That was the GM! Seems like he'd know if there was a parking lot at his place of business or not...just saying! Then we told him no were not driving back thru all that traffic waisting gas just to have them maybe replace it to give us a refund on my credit card I uses. The GM said he was to busy to do that and then said he would have to call us back because he doesnt know how to work the cash regisiter or know how to give a refund!!! I'm sorry if you dont know how to use the products in your business you should NOT be in that business let alone be the GM! We use to go there but neither of us nor our families are willing to go back. The GM didnt even care about what happened and treated us like it was our fault we chose to eat there.

        Out standing food, service, and atmosphere.

        Brad's cares about customers. we waited to be seated and staff came looking for us when ready to be seated. clam chowder challenges local rivals. fish and chips perfectly lightly breaded with hot fries. definitely recommend for food and atmosphere.
