Tarheel Restaurant Menus

Paid money to have my business put in a menu. After they took the money they disappeared. I would definitely not recommend.

This negative review is a response to the worst customer service and complete lack of professionalism by Bob Bachand and Jennifer.

We ordered our add in Jan. of 2016 and it was to be placed in a restaurant menu in Feb. We checked for the add in late Feb., March and June and found it had not been placed in all the menus. When Jennifer was informed of this situation in March she said they would look into it. (never did)

After numerous attempts to contact the company by phone, voice message, e-mail and text with no reply, we now must resort to legal action.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.

I would recommend anyone needing menus for their Restaurant to call Bob at Tarheel

Restaurant Menus. They were very fast , courteous, and professional. They designed for me the kind of Menu I had always envisioned. I can't thank you enough everyone at Tarheel Restaurant Menus. I've had so many compliments and new business since that day you brought them and I gave them out for lunch.
