        Poor Service

        I have two little girls bicycles I was trying to get repaired. I called Cycle Gear to see if they could do it and the woman on the phone said yes. I went in today to get them repaired and the men at the register said they don't work on bicycles, they work on dirt bikes. They laughed at me and I left. Don't do business with these people. I was misinformed on the telephone and then ridiculed in person. We need better service in America than what we get.
