the help i recieved while at Geeks 2 The Rescue was amazing. over night they completely fixed my computer and explained everything to me so that i could understand it. the prices are very good especially for the fact that they are extremely nice and make u feel comfortable. I will definitely do buisness, if not ALL my computer savy needs here again, A+++++

I have recieved training from this company as well as had computers fixed by this company. I have nothing negative that I can say about this company. I've done my share of research and they by far have the best prices, very informative and courteous. Everyone should have customer service like "GEEKS 2 THE RESCUE" does.

I would like to comment on the tech that worked on our computer, they were not only professional they were very accurate on explanning the problem with our computer system.Thier work was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Geeks 2 The Rescue has the best customer service I have ever expierenced when dealing with computer repair companies. The technician was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain to me in a way I could understand what the best thing to do for my old computer. I saved hundreds of dollars by taking the suggestions of the technician. I paid exactly what they quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing honost service at an affordable price.

My computer had a virus. I called Geeks Squad and they wanted to charge me $300.00 and that did not include backing up my pictures, music or personal documents, that was an extra $100.00. I hung up the phone frustrated. I then called Geeks 2 The Rescue. The technician that answered the phone was very friendly. She offered me information on how to try and fix the problem myself without having to pay anyone. Although my attempts to fix it myself did not work. When I called back, the technician came to my house within an hour fixed my computer and backed up all my pictures,music and personal documents. The technician also gave me advice on the best Anti-Virus protection Software so I could protect my computer. I learned alot about how to maintain my computer so I wouldn't have to spend more money at a later time. Geeks 2 The Rescue did all of this and I only spent $145.00. I was amazed at the customer service and care that I received. I would recommend this company.
