Love my new carpet. The sales team was professional and helpful.

I was feeling very upset from dealing with the big box store so when I found The Floor Store based on the good reviews, I was hoping for a good experience instead of the nightmare that I had gone through for the last 2 weeks. First they had told me the indtall would be in 2 weeks, then when 2 weeks rolled around & i called, they said everything was on backorder, sorry. What? Not even a phine call from them!!!



Well, what a difference. After letting me rant about what I had gone through with the other people, Kevin assured me that he would take care of me. I selected a carpet for the bedrooms & nice laminate for the rest of the house at reasonable prices & Kevin was able to measure the same day!



When he called me the next day with the totals, I couldn't believe it! The price was over $1000.00 less than the other people (even though they offer "$79.00 whole house installation") & Kevin also assured me it could be installed by the end of the week.



Since the issue with the others, I was skeptical, but I did the 1 year zero interst financing & sure enough, I got a phone call from John, the scheduler, the next day who scheduled the installations for Friday & Saturday! My new floors look beautiful & my nightmare is over thanks to everyone at the floor store! Highly recommended!!!
