Yost Properties

The lady manager is extremely unprofessional; don't let her convince you utilities will be reasonable because she doesn't take into consideration the freezing air coming in the houses from around windows, through walls, etc because the properties are falling apart; and most of all don't ever expect to get your deposit back! If they can come up with enough tenants to say something was wrong with carpet everytime they will soon have enough to replace that crappy carpet that was ruined when you got their anyway! Just keep looking and avoid yost properties at all costs!
