Experience: Our partners, Chuck Alpern, Rich Schubert and Dave Brumfield are experienced trial attorneys. Chuck has been in active trial practice for over 44 years, while Rich has been trying cases for 34 years. Dave has been trying cases for nearly30 years. This organization is limited to 250 trial lawyers whose principal offices are located within Allegheny County. Admission is only by invitation and election.
