Bob Steineck and Associates, Inc is registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and became a corporation in October 1986. Robert Steineck is the principal and president. Prior to incorporating, the company did business as a sole proprietorship in Western Pennsylvania for five years.The company provides both theatrical production services and lighting design services for architectural, display, television, and performance applications. It also offers consulting and design services for grids, lighting systems, rigging, curtains and sound. Production services include:1 ) lighting design for concerts, dance, exhibits, fashion shows, television, theatre, and video conferencingConsulting services include designing and specifying architectural and performance lighting and dimming systems, pipe grids, rigging, tracks, curtains, and sound systems. These services are integrated with our broader services of concept and planning, budget proposals, facility function and planning, design layouts, drawings, equipment schedules, equipment specifications, and project coordination. Prior to Incorporating, Bob Steineck completed a Master of Arts in Theatre Production and Design. He worked for two years at Candela where he designed and sold lighting, dimming and rigging systems to professional theatres, high schools, and television studios. While at Candela, Bob was involved with the sale and coordination of the stage lighting and dimming system for the Benedum Center for the Performing Arts. Bob Steineck has designed, consulted, and worked with the owners and architects on such projects as the Willow Valley Cultural Center, Butler County Community College, Manchester Craftsman's Guild Concert Hall, West Virginia State College, Performing Arts Center of Penn State University, Altoona Campus, Woodland Hills, Kiski Leechburg High School auditoriums, First Presbyterian Church television lighting system.Breneborg Brown Group provides architectural expertise for the Company. Brace Engineering provides structural engineering support. Mr. Chris Evans coordinates sound engineering.
