        Founded in 1974, Carriage House is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization that offers early education and preschool programs. It serves more than 200 children up to the age of 6 in Pittsburg annually. The organization is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. Carriage House manages an affiliate of Magee-Women s Hospital, the Children's Center of Pittsburgh. It features a get well room that provides child care services for children and families who suffer illnesses. The organization s preschool is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
