Chan An Restaurant

1st, I went their to order general tso's and two egg rolls and was waiting for my food when the laid cook dropped my egg roll on the dirty floor and then kicked it to the prep cook and watched him place it in the egg roll bag and was still going to serve it to me.. when i confronted her about the incident i seen with my own eye's she said i was seeing thing and she didn't do that and insisted i pay her for the dirty egg roll. so i took the egg roll out of the bag and showed her and the other customers the dirt all over it, and she still insisted i pay for it and said "" That they clean their floor every day, the foods still good for eating "" then i looked around from the front counter and noticed they don't have hand washing stations and have no way to wash their hands and witness the cook scratching himself the handling the food.. OMG,, I don't know how their still in business.. I would eat the bubble gum under the table at the library before i ever considered ever eating their ever again.. and you should remember this next time you want chinese in south side..
