Dental Smiles Forest Hills

I had an appointment on a Saturday Aug 20th 2016 at 1:30 pm. The secretary called me and texted me multiple times during the week to confirm the appointment but when I reached there today the doors were locked and nobody was in the clinic. Very unprofessional behavior. If anybody wants to cancel your other appointments to accommodate dentist appointment at forest hills dental smiles think twice! I am sure Pittsburgh has dentists who are more professional than them! Does not deserve even half a star!

They absolutely do NOT care about you or the severe pain you're there for. Went just for a tooth extraction after having to wait 2 1/2 weeks in horrible pain. I don't want pain pills or any other work done that they're going to screw up -as they are known for - I just want the damn thing out!! They turned me Away, I'm too young they say. Couldn't be having as much pain as I say. I've bore two children, tooth pain is way worse to me. Horrible excuse for a dentist office. Never again. Now I have to wait a week for a different appointment at a different place.

The receptionists are beyond rude ! Completely unprofessional. Not to mention their newest dentist has less than impressive bedside manner ! Will be taking our family elsewhere.

I was not impressed with this dental office. Some of the workers were unprofessional and were not very polite. I'll never go to this dental office again!!
