Getgo Corporate Offices

My husband and I go to Getgo in green garden Plaza everyday, I go there to get a news paper and cappuccina coffee. I can't not understand why wearing a mask is not enforced, I was there today and 6 people were ahead of me , only one person how a mask on , The cashiers are very polite and I know them by name, I live only a mile and half away, so it is very convenient for me, and all my shopping is done at Giant Eagle. I go in to G.E and everyone has a mask on, all the customers have and on , why is it this way at getgo. There is a sign on the door, mask requiredMay I ask why this is not enforced?

I was just in the get go in carnegie pa and I always see people who buy alcohol get first dibs to be waited on and they should not have a separate line for alcohol when people who are buying food, snacks, drinks etc have to stand in line and wait for one of two cashiers to wait on them. The alcohol purchasing line is one line where the customers get to walk right up to and that's not fair to the other people who are waiting in line. It's like get go is saying that people who buy alcohol are more important than the ones who may want to come in and get their food and have to get back to work. The store is called get go but it seems like the only ones who get and go are the people buying alcohol while the one line is backed up waiting to be waited on in the non alcohol line.

Also I have been asking for my caramel crunch coffee for months and all I ever get told is its not sent to us, I said well it has to be ordered and they say no it just gets sent to us, I work in a gas station and we order what we need for our coffee machines, capuccino machines etc and if we don't order then we don't get it, so its common sense that it is not being ordered. It would be nice if this coffee was ordered and not have managers lie to me and tell me its sent and not ordered. I really enjoy that coffee. I also have emailed in the past about both of these issues and all I ever get told is these will be resolved from Brian down there with the alcohol line and nothing about the coffee. It would be great to see the coffee ordered.
