Hippo Cleaning Service

Horrible customer service!! I was quoted for two rooms including pet deodorizer, and then the day before my appointment I was called and told that they were going to have to raise my price!! I had confirmed my quote at least three times on two different occasions, and then all of a sudden they acted shocked like they didn't know I had pets! I was hesitant to try this business, but I thought I'd give them a try and had booked my appointment two weeks in advance. And to top of this phone call, the guy was so rude yelling at me over top of me!!! Really...that's just horribly bad business!!!!
