I came to Hydration to get out of shoulder pain I'd had for 3 years. Nothing was working, not chiropractic, not physical therapy, etc., and I wanted to avoid surgery. Not only is that completely healed, but for the first time in 12 years I have no back or neck pain at all. The place is private (only one client at a time) and beautiful, but most importantly, the personal trainers working there are absolutely brilliant about holistic health and body work. There is no business of any kind that I've benefited from more in my 56 years on this planet.
