General Info: Julene Peters, PA-C Julene Peters, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in neurology and spasticity management. Julene has clinical expertise in the use of neurotoxins for spasticity, migraine management, hemifacial spasm, dystonia, and occipital nerve blocks. Julene earned her Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and her Master of Medical Science from Arcadia University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
