        Tom used to be with another company and made sure he always worked on my cars. When he left and started his own company, Tom Kaercher Automotive I followed him there even though it was a little further from home than the other company. I have my vehicles serviced exclusively at his establishment and he has found problems to 2 or 3 major things I had wrong which other garages couldn't find. Couldn't be treated nicer and makes sure he explains all the options on fixing your car before procedding with repairs. Would not trust my car with anyone else, including my new one. I'll go to him rather than the dealer.
