If you decide to use the company make sure everything is in writing down to the smallest detail. The owner does not stand behind his employees. The employees can not make a decision without asking the owner first. Our designer either quit or was fired the day our demo started. The person they hired to tile for us they fired after 5 days. Then the only nonsmoker that they sent to our house quit with no notice. We were told by our designer to buy outright the tile, lighting, tub, etc. If you do this, the owner will be very upset that he did not get his markup and he will make sure the project does not go well. We were told the project would take 2-3 weeks and we are at week 10 and still not done. Leggett requires you to pay in full before the job is over. They asked for the final payment at 5 weeks saying the job was almost complete. I guess it is complete for them since I have hardly seen them in the last 5 weeks. The owner has not returned the last 3 emails or phone call I made to him in the last two weeks.
