Fish In A Bottle Sushi

I have been going here for lunch for 2 years now and it's the best freshest sushi around. The ambiance and the presentation is excellent. I highly recommend it!

We have been eating at this local restaurant since they opened. We absolutely love sushi, and are very picky about where we eat.

The food has always been great, interesting combinations in the sushi...fresh and good. HOWEVER, the service has gone a little more down the tube consistently every month. As I type this, I have been sitting on the phone for 29 MINUTES as the owner ( the female owner ) left me on hold. Normally, I would hang up and get on with my day, but I absolutely want to see if they EVER figure out they left me on here. We order food for pick-up from them at least once if not twice a week, and this is probably the 3rd time in the last 2 months that they forgot I was on the phone. Hmmm...lets see if they ever pick up...

Dining in is just as bad, as the serving staff is always understaffed for the crowd they get. They used to at least be sweet and considerate about making you wait to sit down, but now they are just plain surly and rude.

If this area wasn't at such a loss for decent sushi, I would never eat here again. Alas, the things one puts up with for decent food in Yorba Linda :(

We tried this place because a co-worker recommended it.. and it was a very pleasant surprise!



My favorite roll is the Mango Tango ... (shrimp tempura, cilantro, roasted red bell pepper and mango on top) Delicious!



We also liked the Baked Baby Lobster. It's fun to go with a large group and order as many different rolls as possible so that you can sample each one.
