Josh was raised in Southern California. Having been born in Canada with a passion for the outdoors, he chose University of Nevada for his undergraduate work. While completing his undergraduate degree he attended and graduated from a physical therapy assistant program in 2000. He quickly got a job specializing in Orthopedics. Josh worked for 3 years as an assistant until going back to graduate school. He graduated from Loma Linda University in 2005 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. In 2006 he received his Doctorate degree emphasizing Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
