I had taken my granddaughter in for pictures and the photographer was not very personable at all didnt talk to my granddaughter to help make her comfortable didnt help set up pictures i had to ask if we could use things for the pictures like props they had and she seem very much in a hurry and rude this was a long red haired lady with a personality of a rock,the next week i took my daughter who is special needs and hoped for a good photographer which we got who also has a special needs son I was very impressed on how she incorporated props and different pictures she was a angel ,a few days later i took my son to get his done the studio was empty but i was told to have a seat and wait ??? After waiting MEGAN comes out and says I can go your pictures but you arent getting the special and was rude and hateful especially for a management team and refused to do photos, she never tried to explain the rules on the specials was just rude no wanted the studio is the way it is unprofessional unorganized confused chaotic if you hae management that cant explain things in a perfessional manner i will go back but only with the awesome professional photographer that did my daughters photos which she also has a special needs son and is very personable friendly helpfull

Had a miserable experience here today! So very unprofessional and disappointing. The photographer and I were livid with each other before it was time to review pictures. Couldn't wait to get out of there. And all I was wanting was 1 good picture of the kids for Father's Day. The 20+ minute wait (while 2 women just sat around) before anyone even addressed us wasted precious time when dealing with young kids. And then I explicitly said I did not like the tree background, but she insisted we take individual shots with it before even getting to a group shot (which is what I requested). 3 backgrounds later, she finally pulled the background I said I'd like, but by then, my youngest was hot and D-O-N-E. Just awful, awful, awful all the way around and wish I'd have saved my money and just snapped my own shots at home...which I ended up doing anyway.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment at 8am for my son's 2 year pictures. We were there until nearly 10:30am. First off, the photographer was late and obviously sick. I also felt that she was very unprofessional. She actually told me that "two year old" is a BAD word there. Excuse me? My son's age is a bad word? I've been to this location before and they usually take around 100 pictures. This time only 49 were taken and over half of them were unusable. My son is the most patient, caring, and loving 2 year old on the planet, and it's difficult to bring him to tears, but somehow the photographer managed to do it - not once, not twice, but three times - so the last half of the pictures had tear drops on his shirt and snot coming out of his nose. Then while going through the pictures on the computer, I made it clear what I wanted (how many, what poses, what sizes) and she managed to completely screw it up so we had to go back twice to redo it. She then told me it would be about 20-25 minutes and the pictures would be good to go. Over an HOUR later, we were still waiting. When I finally got home and checked the pictures, 2 of the poses were wrong (not the sizes I'd asked for) and one of the sheets was smudged. Not to mentioned that the picture paper smells like rotting fish! I will NEVER go back to this location or this business. My son's age is to be celebrated - it's not a BAD WORD. For always spending more than $100 there, I feel cheated and taken advantage of and I will NOT recommend this business to my worst enemy. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
