Yhe person who brought me my C-pap was very professional and instructive.
When I experienced problems with the mask due to positioning of the magnetic buttons is when my problems started.
I called, spoketo the person who had been at my home. He decided a different mask was needed. By this time it was too late. My neck and head were in extreme pain. Called back and was told 90 day trial but insurance wouldn't pay unless the at least 4 hrs of use. The magnetic buttons had hit below my ear lobes. Could not find a position for my head.
After Dcotor appointments, ER visit, MRI and now pain management, I will now be having nerve blocks in the occipital nerves. Machine tpick up Aug 4
1. Around 11:30AM. Yes it would be picked up but they could not give me a time.
2. Around 4PM yes I was scheduled for the pick up.
3. Before 5 PM. They had a problem with their computers and weren't able to pick up the machine because the iPad wasn't working for the person picking up the machine.
Another appointment couldn't be made until August 9.
I spoke with a friend in the same building that I live in. She received her oxygen the morning of August 4.
So they could make her delivery, but not my pick up.
Yet the computer had problems all day. Unacceptable! With the first 2 calls I was lied to. By the third call it was to late in the day.
Why wasn't I informed on my first call about the computer problem? Why couldn't they have called the person doing the pick up to let them know I had called asking about the service? Do they not communicate in this office?
So finally the C-pap machine was picked up on August 9th.
In the meantime I spent an entire day in severe pain, not being able to relax. Wanting to sleep because of the prescriptions make me exhausted. Waiting all day and for what? Lies! Lack of communication. Unprofessional. And no rregard or the patient.
This is June 8- September 30. Still getting calls for supply delivery. Harrasment!

If I could rate this company with zero start, I would. They are the WORST DME company that I have ever dealt with. Not helpful at all, never call you back even if you ask for a supervisor. RUN! I have an oxygen concentrator that was never serviced in all the years that I have had Lincare when I called Lincare to see if they wanted it or if I should donate it the CSR rep told me that I was still renting it. I said let me know when you are going to pick it up and I will set it outside for you. I now us Apria. Hoping to have a more positive experience with them.

Doctor called for me, I referred my insurance card information and then the next day it's delivered my commode.

I have never seen a company that makes the patient suffer through mistakes that Lincare made in billing and then will not provide equipment prescribed by the doctor. I do have to give Lincare props by stumping the medicare representative that was on the phone for the conversations. It was so bad that medicare had recommended to use a different supplier. Lincare should be investigated for its actions to patients.

Horrible to work with. Took me multiple attempts to order supplies. I was often told that someone would be calling me back, and they never would. I was also called and harassed that I was not using my CPAP, when I actually was - the cell modem was having an issue and was not connecting. Because of this, my account was placed in a "non compliance" status and I've been going through hoops ever since.

The staff at Lincare were very unprofessional and did not follow through with ordering equipment after receiving all necessary paperwork from therapist and doctor. Please do not use this company to order medical equipment, unless you enjoy being harassed for an extended period of time with no results!!!!

This company is money oriented and not customer (patient) oriented. They do not put the patient first and do not follow through on their promises. They do not always return phone calls and do not include the patient in decision-making processes, nor do they keep the patient informed. The location on Route 315 in Wilkes-Barre, PA is disorganized; and their equipment is old and not always in proper working order.
