The Bird Shed

I placed an order with The Bird Shed's online store, for a birdfeeder my son wanted for Christmas. I placed the order on 12/10/07, and received a confirmation by email right away.That's the last I ever heard from them! When I didn't get a shipping notice, I called the number on their website on 12/17 hoping to get a tracking number for the shipment. Number connected to voice mail; I left a message with my name, order number, etc. asking for a call back with the tracking number.No call by the next day; so I called again, and went through the same thing. No call the day after that; so tried sending an email to the address on their site. No answer. On Friday, 12/21, I tried to call again; also called the number one one of their 'sister' store sites having the same address, as well as the non-toll-free number listed in the phone book - all lead to the same dead-end voice mail system. I'm afraid my son is going to get any empty box for Christmas, thanks to these people - and I'm really hoping that they are just incompetent, and not some sort of scam artists that now have my CC number.
