My dog pooped on my couch and I needed it cleaned immediately during a holiday weekend. they picked up my call on the first ring, was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day, came on time, and got all of the stains out of my white sofa. It looks better than ever and my dog is not allowed on it until the new sofa cover arrives!
