Floor Expo

I urge you to please, please, please go to any other store than a Floor Expo chain. They will take your money and leave you waiting. I purchased granite countertops and a backsplash from them with the promise it would be installed within 3-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, I had to delay my move into my new house since they had still not installed the items. Calls to the sales person were ignored for days and no one would give me an install date.



The sales person (Ron) was just plain crooked -- once they have your money, you may wait forever with no recourse -- the contract states no returns after 15 days of purchase.



In addition, the backsplash installers were lazy and put many of the tiles up crooked. We had to force them to redo large sections of the work and even then it was far from perfect.



They also destroyed the back wall and had to redo it with updated hardi-backer. Floor Expo had the gall to call me and ask me to pay for this extra that was only needed because their installers screwed up. Yeah right is what I told them.



End result is it's not worth the risk. There are many other companies out there that are BBB accredited. Please use someone, anyone else.
