The Tire Choice

I just wanted to let your company know that today I took my 2014 Honda Civic into one of your stores with a nail in the right rear tire. They repaired the tire also check the tread on all four tires to make sure I didn't need to replace them, which they told me they were fine. I just wanted to let Tire Choice know that not only were the personnel at the counter professional but were courteous and very informative about what they were doing. I also wouild like to say that the service personnel were also very proffesional and knew exactly what needed to be done to correct my problem by removing the nail and patching it correctly. Even though I have a 2014 Honda Civic, I was treated like I had bought in a new Rolls Royce. I dont know how many Tire Choice stores there are but these employees set an example that every store should try and follow. It proabley wouldnt hurt to have all these employees go from store to store teaching others that work at Tire Choice the proper way to treat customers. These employees are an asset to your company and should be commented on there treatment of the customers that come in for service as well as all the service personnel. Thank you Tire Choice and I WILL be a returning customer as well as tell others about how proffessional the personnel are at this store!!!! Wayne Henderson

Jay and his crew are amazing! They are friendly and honest. They physically show you everything that's going on but let you know what can wait and what needs to be done ASAP. Jay cut the cost as much as he could for me, had one of his crew drive me home so I didn't have to call for a ride and stayed open an extra hour and a half just so they could get my work done in one day. The best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I will never go anywhere else again and will recommend them to everyone. So happy I've finally found a mechanic I can trust!
