Waller's Power Equipment

I have bought Eqpt there before, good selections and prices and helpful salespeople. However, whenever I've needed service I notice a pattern. I'll wait two weeks without hearing anything, call for an update and all of a sudden they'll look at it and call me within the hour. And the estimate is always a TOTAL overhaul even when it was a minor service which made me suspicious. The last time I was quoted $150 to repair an echo power pack for carburetor and new fuel lines, etc. I mentioned I had just put brand new NEON GREEN fuel lines on - silence. Then, " in that case it $115". Hard to miss those fuel lines , sounds like nobody looked and just said replace everything like my previous visits. I went elsewhere to a reputable large business and paid $86 which included a new air filter. $86 vs $150 ?? I think I'll get my Eqpt repaired instead of buying new things every time I get service from now on.
