        Pat Leary was once in the same place as many North Country of New York homeowners, left stranded by a sudden flood in his home and no one to turn to. Lost for answers, he did what many homeowners would do and called a large franchise. However they left him feeling stranded with their poor customer service and were unable to get his home back to normal. It was that moment that he decided to start his own damage restoration company with a focus on service. Leary is a graduate of Peru High School in Peru, New York, attended Norwich University in Vermont, and was a project supervisor for Luck Brothers for upwards of 10 years before heading out on his own. One of the things Pat has learned about owning your own business is there are no days off. Leary says "We have no answering service. We take calls 24 hours a day. His goal of customer service has been one of the shining points of the business, "I get calls every week saying thanks for the work that weve done," Leary said.
