They were very respectful of my home. He gave my home a full inspection, they call it a check up. He told me about a few minor things that needed to be done and he even camera'ed my sewer line to see if there were any roots or any thing that could cause later problems. All on a Saturday at no extra charge for an emergancy. He was very honest and up front with the cost. They have a book that has everything listed, so you know the price up front. I will be calling Mr. Rooter again for any of my plumbing problems and I will be telling all my friends and family, too. I have never had a good experiance with a plumber, so I have never thought much of them. Rodney changed my mind; I guess there is a reason they call them Mr.
