This company is very well organized and expresses a high level of professionalism. They arrived prior to the estimated arrival time and quickly assessed the severe situation on hand. The plumber was very knowledgeable in his field. He made it a point to go over every aspect of the job before and after completing the task.

I had posted a nice review because the job was clean but after the job was inspected to meet code I was truly disappointed. I was quoted to have a backflow prevention device installed with an alarm to notify when there was a backup. Pat installed a back water valve. And of course no alarm. Not the equipment I was quoted.The hole was overfilled with cement so I have to pay someone to jack hammer out the extra cement so I can lay the tiles and the toliet won't mount on the existing flange, I have to get a riser.. When I asked for paperwork and questioned the alarm, Pat told me he would call back. I left several messages and sent many emails. No response. They installed the wrong equipment under 2 feet of cement. Now I have to have the job done again. And to think I tipped him and his helper each a hundred-dollar bill.

They promised to arrive between noon and 2 pm. Someone called at noon to confirm they would arrive by 1pm and they did. Clean, quick, professional job. Solved the problem and ran tests to be sure. Excellent job - highly recommend.

Excellent service, the plumber did an assessment determined the problem, and recommended corrective action.

They arrived quickly, fixed the problem and were pleasant to deal with. The charges were reasonable. I will be using them in the future if I ever have a plumbing problem again. Definitely recommend them.
