Window-ology Blinds, Shades, Shutters and More

We had Window-ology make drapes, a wall hanging for a loft area, and 2 skylight covers. Great staff: helpful and creative, too. The skylight covers have greatly reduced the heat coming in during the summer months. We are totally satisfied customers!

When we bought our home we knew that window coverings were the first thing we would need. We went to Window-ology's showroom and they helped us narrow down what we wanted for our home, they patiently answered our many questions, and they gave us their professional opinions. It made the process fun and enjoyable. They are very knowledgeable, their customer service is amazing, and the high quality of their products is obvious!

Our order was placed, and everything was made and installed faster than I had expected, which was a plus! Our window coverings look great and we ALWAYS get compliments on the panels we chose to cover our sliding door. I never would have known about that option of covering without their knowledge. Window-ology is wonderful! I'm was so impressed with their service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I bought my first home I wanted to get rid of the verticals right away, however I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace them with. I went to their downtown Pleasanton showroom and looked at lots of different products. Their sales team was very patient with walking me through different products so I could find the best fit for my house and my needs. Once I picked out some shades, I ordered some semi-transparent roller shades for downstairs and black out roller shades with a design for the upstairs bedroom. I thought I would have to struggle with verticals for awhile but everything came so fast! As soon as they order was in, they came right away to remove the old shades and install my wonderful new ones! The quality of the product is top notch and so was the service! I didn't realize picking window coverings could be such a fun experience. I love my new roller shades, it makes my house look exactly as I wanted it. Bonus! Their pricing is competitive and they can repair blinds at a reasonable price as well.
