This is the absolute worst company I've ever rented from! We pay $1,100 a month for a 2 bedroom duplex. This summer our air conditioner went out. Water leaked through our ceiling in the hall because the drain pan rusted through because the coils constantly froze because it was an under sized unit. They replace the unit with the same size unit which is meant to cool a 950 square foot house. Our duplex is 1100 square feet with 12 foot ceilings. Our house is almost 80 degrees every day arriving home, even though thermostat is set at 75. They continue to tell me it's because of the temperature outside and do nothing. I highly recommend not renting from these crooks. As they tell me it's a "common" thing with the temperatures. When you pay $1,100 a month, you expect the house to be able to stay cool. Not to mention the house is all tile with energy efficient windows. ... but that doesn't matter when the air conditioner is under sized. Vicki is very rude and condescending. If you rent from them make sure to check the size of the ac and that it's capable of handling the size of the house. Unfortunately I was sold because it's a brand new duplex. But they continue to do nothing to fix the situation. Again stay away from these crooks. All they care about is collecting your money for rent.
