General Info

Since 1978, Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority has been providing drinking water. Located in Pleasantville, N.J., the organization maintains pumping stations, water mains and connections up to the point where the customer's water meter is located. Its facilities include two surface water reservoirs with a combined capacity of approximately 500 million gallons and three water towers with a combined capacity of more than 9 million gallons. Atlantic City Municipal Utilities Authority also features 12 wells with depths ranging from 200 to 675 feet.
