AS a previous poster I also wrote this up on yelp!



So picture this its 6am your fishing on the cape cod canal, your going around the Rotary in Bourne and our mini van starts making a terrible racket and isn't steering... I pull over and whip out the smart phone to call a tow truck. I Call Diamond Collision... Wake the poor tow truck operator up and he is there in minutes!

At first I was having him tow me to a garage around the corner I hadn't used in years He gave me a fair price and I paid him.. While hooking up to the flat bed I asked his opinion on the garage he said he wasn't familiar with it.. However diamond collision did do full auto repairs a quick check of the smartphone showed a couple decent reviews So I said sure bring it to your shop!

I called for a ride from my wife witch took a while I live a good 45 miles from Bourne. We got breakfast and went to empty a few of my belongings from the van.. When we arrived the van was already in the shop! Bad news blown Tranny :-(... I was quoted a very fair price and I asked the shop manager to give me a day to decide what to do. (this is just a spare van I use around town and for fishing) After a conversation with my wife We decided to go ahead with the repair.

A very polite young lady answered the phone and said she would let the fellas in the shop know. I called a few days later to get a eta on when it would be repaired.. (last time this happened it took 3 weeks at a different shop) I was told the tranny would arrive on Friday and could likely have it within a few business days. Wow I thought that's way better then I expected! I got a call the following Tuesday that it was

I Picked it up on Wednesday and low and behold they had comped the price of the tow! I cant say enough good things about these folks! Fast service all the way around, polite and a great value.

I felt I needed to write this review as I made the choice to work with these folks based on another review online.. Really If your stuck anywhere on the cape go with these guys! You will be well taken care of! Really I live 45 miles away and If the time comes I need another major repair I just may bite the bullet and take the drive out here! I am that impressed!

I already wrote this review on yelp, but not everyone looks there, so I wanted to review this business here as well. Below is my review, and as you can see from the link at the end, I write a fair amount of reviews, not just one to call attention to a particular business:



"Like a previous reviewer's experience, this place saved us. More specifically, John saved us. We arrived to the Cape Friday night...about 20 minutes later, our car broke down. First thing Saturday morning, we had it towed here (for free because we have AAA...who doesn't have AAA nowadays?), and John literally worked on it all weekend, past closing hours on Saturday, and well into Sunday afternoon when they are closed. We had to return home to CT Sunday night for work the next morning, and John spent his personal time Saturday afternoon and almost all day Sunday to make sure that happened. So many other places would have just said, sorry we're closed, come back Monday. Even other mechanics I've known for a long time would have chosen a trip to the beach instead of ensuring a random couple that they've never met could get back home. If anyone wants true dedication and customer service, they need to ask for John. I usually don't name names on yelp, but this time is different. If John didn't help us out, we'd still be on the Cape, using up another vacation day, and waiting for another company to hopefully finish our car."
