Convenient Loan Company

The employee that works there by the name of Danielle is so rude! Each time I go in and make a payment she wants me to renew my loan, this past week I've been in a bind and now she doesn't want to renew until my payday. She failed to return calls. I've seen her go through staff and I'm wondering now if it's her cocky attitude she gives people. I've witnessed her treating a few patrons with no respect. Danielle you need customer service rather than trying to match wits with your clients. I don't even want to give a rating, the only good thing is former workers that were let go
