Great Truck , Great service

Kenny Cohen helped me find the perfect truck. He found me exactly what i wanted and had it delivered to my home. He made the process really easy. This was my first truck purchase. He answered all my questions immediately . I also really appreciated the military discount. I will buy all my future cars there.

Excellent Sales and Service!

We have purchased our last three new vehicles from Curtis Scott at Courtesy Ford in Pocatello. Curtis is an exceptional agent for our needs! He has always been patient with our every question and concern...and has worked hard to ensure our needs are met in every way! Curtis balances acute business acumen, exceptional work ethic, and a genuine regard for his customer's needs/wishes. This balance is the "secret" to success in any field...so its no wonder Curtis is regarded so highly in the automotive sales business! Curtis continues his excellent service after the sale as well...ensuring the little "extras" are not forgotten once the ink dries on the contract!Curtis Scott does Courtesy Ford proud! Also, the service department is first rate! J.J., Jim, and the rest of the crew are conscientious and focused on providing the best service available...whether servicing a Ford product or my old Dodge truck...they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of in every way!

When I asked about all the parts swapping to get my truck running, the(best powerstroke mechanic in the whole north west) told me all those things going bad at exactly the same time was just BAD LUCK. Then he informed me that the main computer module was also bad and needed replaced and that was why my check engine light was on. The check engine light was never on before they worked on it. So the main computer module was also just bad luck. A week after I removed my truck from courtesy ford hell the oil leak returned with a diesel leak also and
