Called and placed an order. Apparently they "no longer serve Spanish food" and as far as tortellini "we don't have that". Ordered substitute items. Told total was $29. Mentioned coupon in their menu as it states for $2 off an order of $25. Didn't receive the items ordered, called and was told I wasn't charged for it. Did the math and realized according to the prices on the menu I was. Should have been $23. Called back, to ask about pricing and was told one of the items ordered was $9.25 not $6.50 + 1.25 for toppings as menu states. Even with this non advertised price my $29 total was still over what I was supposed to pay ($25.25 +$1.50 tax. Less $2 coupon =$24.75). Guy says to me "I only charged $27. He didn't have the coupon but I gave it to him anyway." First, the coupon says "must mention coupon while ordering", no perforations to remove it, nothing about having good to be presented and on top of that... ITS STILL MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED!!!!! Never once was i offered any refund he offered to make me the item that I originally ordered, blamed it on "the girl" "she's new" and a half-hearted "sorry". Now the couple bucks isnt an issue but how bout some common courtesy! Admit you overcharged and be sincere with your apology! Needless to say our first experience with Primos will be our last!!! Two thumbs down for customer service and 1 star because the bread was good.
