Hac & Mac Brake Alignment Specialist

Ok. Did not want to do this but I feel it is needed for others. Took my wifes car in for a alignment. They dont do them anymore. Someone sold the alignment rack. Ok so the guy said he would put on the lift and check out the front end. If it looked ok he would take it to Pep Boys. Same parking lot. So he checked it and then took it over to the Boys. Came back and I was told it needed struts. I asked why he took it to Pep Boys if it needed work to align. He had no answer. I could not pay what they wanted so I replaced the struts. Took it back and he took it back to Pep Boys again for alignment. This time it needed a different part. They said they checked it out the first time but here we go again. I told him I was done with them. Really a bad way to treat customers. Now I have to go to another place to get it aligned. You make up your mind on how to deal with this. Do not know what happened to the business. BBB may be a phone call away. Oh. Take cash. That's all they take
