I Love Kickboxing

This place is awesome!!!! Nice and tough instructors, great music and environment. It's a hard and joyful workout based on HIIT with partners drills plus kicks and punches.
Once you have the taste, you get addicted!!

I am so glad that I have found this type of workout again! I used to do kickboxing in High School and college and stopped going when the Studio I took them at closed. On a whim, Ibought a Groupon for ILKB and I fell in love at the initial class. I signed up that night and have been attending 3-4 classes a week since then!! I look forward to going to class and working out which hasn't happened in YEARS! Thanks to all the amazing instructors that are so motivating and personable! It really feels like a family!! Give them a try- You won't regret it!!!

I love this place! All the instructors are awesome, super friendly and make you feel comfortable while working out no matter what your fitness level is. I finally found something that I love and is keeping my interest. I burn a minimum of 500 active calories each class(according to my apple watch) I definitely feel stronger and have noticed a difference in my back & thighs. I've been at it for 1 & 1/2 months and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

I absolutely love ILKB Pompano! The staff are beyond amazing and really make you feel comfortable and motivated as you come to class. It’s definitely worth trying out! I’m thankful to have found such a great community of kickboxers who help to inspire and motivate me as I go through my own fitness journey!

Ilovekickboxing-Pompano Beach is amazing! The staff is encouraging, friendly and they make the class fun. You don't even realize you are working out. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging fun workout.
