Knox Pools

The State of Florida Health Department inspector was here today to inspect the pool and pool equipment room.

Thanks to all of you at Knox Pools, we passed with flying colors and NO violations issued whatsoever!



I just wanted to take a minute and pass on my thanks and congratulations for a job well done on maintaining the pool at Deauville Plaza for all these many many years! To the best of my knowledge, you have taken care of the pool for nearly 30 years!



Keep up the good work and if you ever need a reference, please do not hesitate to pass on my name and number!

We have had the pleasure of having Knox Pools take care of our pool, including a major remodel for the past 10 years, never having a problem.



Recently there was a problem. Knox Pools employees quickly addressed the problem. Several days of steady monitoring and then surface work was performed.



You can well imagine how happy we were that your team was able to save the surface and return our pool to its current condition.



This is what is meant by "customer service". We were kept informed, the problem was addressed, and the cost was extremely reasonable.



It is comforting to be serviced by a local company that has multiple talents and services, that can all be used to solve problems quickly, and professionally.

I recently moved into a new home that had a pool in the Deerfield Beach area. The pool was in HORRIBLE shape. It was green, and had tadpoles living in it! I first went to Leslies pool supply because it was close to home, and convenient. After a month of doing absolutely everything they told me to do, my pool was still no where near swimming condition! So following the recommendation of a friend I tried Knox Pools. As soon as I walked in you noticed an immediate difference between the stores, The store was neat and clean, didn't have that harsh smell of chemicals, and the people working there were so cheerful! Within one week Knox Pools had me swimming in my now beautiful swimming pool. I will only be going to Knox from now on, and wouldn't recommend any place but Knox to anyone!
