It maintains a warehouse for storage of food products and features several vertically integrated programs to serve wholesalers and food service companies. The company produces asparagus, tropical fruits, berries, beans, peas, baby vegetables, potatoes, onions, lettuce, peppers and tomatoes. Southern Specialties spreads over an area of more than 70,000 square feet and offers various cold-storage services. Additionally, it provides various hydro cooling, grading and reclassification, palletization, consolidation, inventory control and freight forwarding services.
