        Alfredo requested upfront payment for 12 month service for the multifamily property. And I paid him. That part went well.
        Now come the bad part. His treatment did not bring any improvement and he doesn't come back , as he promised. It became difficult to get him on phone and when we did, he "schedules the appointment" and never show up.
        Needless the say he doesn't return money for the services he got paid , but not performed.
        Based on my experience with this guy, I am sure , all positive reviews I see on the other sites, are from his buddies and family.
