I am a repeat customer and have had very good service. The best fitted mirrors and glass doors I have ever purchased, with a very friendly and knowledgable installer. I will use them again.
Based on the other comments maybe I'm just getting their best installer.... But he is really great.

Worst service ever. Still waiting for a quote requested over 3 weeks ago. Have called several times. Would not use them now even if they called with a fantastic price.

Terrible experience having shower door replaced. Up to customer to fill in holes left from old door. Also had their outside contractor for install of new door base -- purchased wrong materials. Nightmare. Would never go back. I guess ok if you just need s slab of glass -- but not for any installation.

Had a great experience. I hired Service glass to install a new Euro shower door for me. They handled everything in a timely manner. Mark the installer was very knowledgeable and I would use them again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Very poor service at this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. How they managed to stay in business all these years is a mystery. I’m a repeat customer and called for a measurement and price quote. First call, “yes sir we will be out and no one needs to be home. We can take our measurements from outside”. Second call, because no one showed up or called me back, “who are you and what is your address? Yes someone will be out this week”. Third call because someone called at 7:30am and wanted me to be home that morning between 9-10am for the measurement. This is a vacant home (which they were initially told), but I was able to get someone to the house by 9:30am for the measurement. “sorry sir, our man has gone by”. Really? Gone by? What does that mean? He said between 9-10, and it’s now 9:30. “sorry, he’s gone by”. I said this is ridiculous, “should I call someone else? It doesn't sound like you want my business.” Lady on the other end says “you can!” Unbelievable, apparently you have more business than you know what to do with to treat customers like this. Particularly a repeat customer (I should have known better because it was difficult to get an estimate the first time around). What the lady should have said was, “I am terribly sorry. I will get someone out right away. This should never have happened”. But again, they have zero customer service skills. When I did finally get a call back (3 weeks to the day from my initial call), the guy said he was going to be in my area (named the area), and could look at my windows today. Of course, he had the wrong area (my house is not where he said he was going to be), and I never called him back. Why would I? You don’t deserve my business. I called Henderson Glass. They were out within 48 hours. They had a competitive estimate in my hand right away, and I ordered the replacement glass. I should have my new glass in two weeks. If I had called Henderson Glass first, my glass would be installed by now! Like I said, avoid this company unless you have lots of time to waste!

Great people.. Tom and Leslie are GREAT people... Eric is the Best Installer around.. These guys not Only do Auto Glass.. They do Custom Home Glass.. Windows... Mirrors and HOT ROD GLASS TOO !!



Simply The BEST Around and they have been arouns a LONG Time.. its really nice to do business with the ACTUAL Owners...
