Smith's Septic Tank Service

The day my system was installed, I had other business to take care of and could not be on site. When I called Mr. Smith and asked him to come to my site to give me exact locations of what was underground and where, he declined. I asked for any warranty info on my septic tank-he said there was none-he made it himself. I asked him to show me the specific location of the drain field so I could avoid digging it up later by accident during any future construction-he has not responded in 16 months now to date. I don't even know where the cleanout is for any future pumping that it will need.
