        It's EASY to be CHEAP (initially) when you don't pay Your HELP. Mechanic's Liens and Criminal Prosecutions follow the owner like a Bad Penny. Check out Charlotte County Clerk of Courts & see that he beats up the elderly (on top of being a previously convicted felon). Avoid.
