We are hopeful that our review, written nearly a year ago, expressing our appreciation for the outstanding job done by Superior Pools would help others in their search for the best pool company. We believe a follow-up review of our experience might prove helpful.

A major pool renovation can turn out beautifully, but people doing research to select a company might wonder if things continued to go well over time. Did the company keep its word? Honor agreements/warranties? Respond to questions months later? Here is another layer of excellence that ensures we made the right decision in chosing Superior Pools. It is nearly a year later, and they STILL respond to any questions or requests promptly, cheerfully, and professionally. This company truly does follow their motto to treat customers like family, no matter the length of time since job completion.

As an example, we recently called Superior for an item we decided to add to our pool. Jon, the owner, was incredibly helpful and most thoughtful. Amy, who was also wonderful, called as a follow-up to let us know the date of shipment. Like family, she even remembered the fact that our adult children were coming to visit and expressed her own hope that the item would be here in time for all of us to enjoy.

We are new to ownership for the type of pool we now have. We are learning about its operation and Superior staff is always more than happy to guide us. Just days ago, we were assisted with a maintenance issue and someone from Superior came right over to resolve the matter quickly. The part was under warranty, which Superior honored. Empathy, patience, professionalism, follow-up, pride in workmanship, are just some of the ways to describe this company. We send our highest compliments to Jon for running Superior as he does.

This is the company you want to work with! It’s an amazing company that does amazing work! Very hardworking and thorough, every stage of the process was handled professionally. We had a great experience!

Four years ago we picked superior pool to build a pool because their advertising said they would stand by their work 100%. We have had to have plaster replaced two times in the last four years due to the inferiority of the product that was used to plaster the pool, at no fault of superior Pool. With some negotiations and determination by us, Superior Pool has replace the plaster twice at no cost to us standing by their advertising. We have learned afterwards that the manufacturer, CLI wouldn’t stand by their product and never reimbursed Superior for the defective product. Although this Pool has been a long hard road for us, Superior has in the end given us the quality Pool we originally expected.

Superior Pools are worth every penny and I would recommend them highly to anyone. It was a real pleasure to work with them throughout the entire process of our pool and deck remodel. They except no less than perfection of their products, craftsmanship and customer service.

Last spring we met with 4 different pool companies with the intention of redoing our pool and deck and possibly our cage. We knew immediately that Superior Pools was definitely the superior contractor regarding materials and availability, workmanship (no sub contractors), warranty and customer service (before during and after) and attention to detail. We hired them to remodel the pool, install a travertine deck (on the bias which involved more labor but for which they did not charge.) The quality of the travertine tiles are exceptional. They stood by their promise to only use pristine pieces of stone. We also hired them to remove and install a new open view cage. The entire job was done in less than 2 weeks and is breathtakingly beautiful!

Unfortunately the product we chose for our pool finish was disappointing not just to us but to Superior Pool staff as well. They quickly honored their warranty and took the steps to completely redo the finish at no charge to us. I can not stress enough how quickly and completely they acknowledged the less than perfect finish results and took the steps to correct it quickly and completely.

The entire team went above and beyond. Any issue was made small because they care to do the right thing by the client. We recommend Superior to anyone wanting a pool. Our entire project was completed while we were on vacation. We got progress pictures when it made sense. Awesome experience!

This was our first experience building a pool, and it could not have been better. Ben, our sales person was so fabulous and such an expert on the process!

Every employee we have met from Superior was wonderful. The key is that every step of the way their own employees are the people doing the work. There were no subcontractors so scheduled were met or exceeded in every step of the process!

From the first moment I encountered Superior Pools through the completion of my custom swimming pool and spa they have not failed to impress.

From the first conversation through the completion I have been comfortable with their approach.



During the sales process they answered all of my questions, provided meaningful information and answered phone calls and emails immediately. Being in business form myself I appreciate that all questions were answered with integrity and without pressure.



Because I was so comfortable with the approach of the Superior Pools Team and Jon the owner, I was very confident that the price quoted was fair even without comparison shopping. In my own business experience I have learned that the illusion of a better price is not always as it appears. Through my construction project Jon and his team proved my trust and confidence was well deserved.



At each turn they did what they said they would do to the standard they said they would do it either on and more often than not ahead of the time they had promised.

In addition each of my queries was met with professionalism and concern from Jon and his team and immediately was answered (not that there were many). At not time through the process did I feel like I was less important than their most valuable client.



Watching the Superior team create and complete my pool you would think building a pool is a simple thing because it was so seamless. I know otherwise but due to their efficiency and precise scheduling the pool was completed to a high standard in what I believe to be an incredible turnaround time.



Needless to say we are enjoying our pool, are proud of the finished product and are extremely impressed that Jon and his team brought it together earlier than promised and most importantly for the price promised. The entire team seems to take pride in service and the quality of product they provide and as such I will also be continuing the relationship with a maintenance agreement.



I strongly recommend Superior Pools to anyone that wants a high quality, fairly valued pool with a trouble free installation process. Interestingly anyone who I have bragged about my experience to comments “Yes we heard Superior is the Best”, they have definitely earned their reputation and place a high value on it.
