BP Alarm L.L.C.

We switched over to BP a few months ago. Happy we did. If you are looking to get an Alarm or have an existing one and are looking to switch, I would recommend BP Alarm.

I've been with BP Alarm since 2007 and have been very pleased with their service, monitoring, and price. They've always been very responsive and friendly. Based on my experience, I recommend BP Alarm to others.

I've had BP Alarm for a couple years. They have pretty good monitoring service. But what I like the most is how there tech support is so responsive. I had a low battery that went low. The other companies that I have had in the past take took about 2 weeks to get me serviced. It took about 3 days to get a tech to come out replace the battery. I'm really glad I switched to them.

I have had a great experience with BP Alarm. There Sales and Technicians we very helpful. I'm thankful they knocked my my door! So glad to have a local company now!

BP alarm is actually ok - but they contract out there monitoring system. It is actually the customer service, college students and owner (Mike) that is terrible. I "upgraded" our alarm system to camera monitoring system and signed a new contract - which states that I have 3 days to cancel. Well apparently Mike will just pull policies out of his you know where and say that that contract only applies to new customers and that I had to pay for the camera and the techs time. He was awful, rude and hung up on me- he told me he didn't have time he was a family function. Don't go with BP alarm. The owner does not care about customer service or working with his customers. BP does not deserve your hard earned money!

Absolutely horrible company! BP Alarm is far from trustworthy and does not care about their customers. Once you signed the contract they have you right where they want you and you are STUCK! Read the contract...Do not trust the sales rep! They lie!!!! I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy! Do NOT do business with BP Alarm

I've delt with many alarm companies in the past. BP is by far the best. Answered all my questions. I delt with great salesman, great techs, great customer service. They took my existing system and made it better and lowered my monthly fee. They made our transition seemless! Great company!
